The case of the petitioner is that she made a representation on 04.01.2017 to the 3rd respondent for making entries in the Web Land Adangal and for issuance of e-pattadar passbook and e-title deed in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.5-00 in R.S.No.314 part, subsequent Sy.No.385/1 of Kapuluppada Village vide DR.No.310/91 assigned to her late husband in the year 1982. As no action is being taken, the present writ petition is filed. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that petitioner has to make an application in Form VI-A along with fee.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner will make an application in Form VI-A along with fee. In view of the same, it is open for the petitioner to make an application along with fee to the 4th respondent and on such application being filed by the petitioner, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law, within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
