CVNR, J & MSKJ, J W.P.No.19365 of 2016 29.11.2016 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issue of Habeas Corpus for production of Nenavath Vinod Kumar, son of the petitioner, by setting aside the detention order, dated 31.12.2015, of respondent No.2, and set him at liberty.

A detailed counter-affidavit is filed by respondent No.2. 3.
On 15.11.2016, the learned counsel for the petitioner was not present. Therefore, we have adjourned the case to today. Even today, when the case is called, there is no representation for the petitioner. It is reasonable to presume from the repeated absence of the counsel for the petitioner that neither the petitioner nor his counsel is interested in pursuing the cause in the writ petition.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. 5.
As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.23760 of 2016 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
