THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No.2021 of 2017 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed against the respondent alleging willful and deliberate disobedience of the order, dated 23.03.2017, passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.12844 of in W.P.No.10367 of 2017.

At the time of hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the Order of this Court, dated 23.03.2017, has been complied with and as such he does not desire to press the Contempt Case and prays for closure of the same.

Recording the above submission, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petition pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
