HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U. DURGA PRASAD RAO Criminal Petition No.771 of 2015 ORDER:

After hearing both sides, at the admission stage, the following order is passed.

It is seen that the charge-sheet is filed and C.C is numbered and the matter is coming up for trial. As such, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. However, considering the submission of learned counsel for petitioners that petitioners 2 and 3/A.2 and A.3 are old aged persons, the appearance of petitioners 2 and 3/A.2 and A.3 in C.C.No.604 of 2014 on the file of First Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Warangal is dispensed with except on the occasions when their presence is required by the trial Court.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
