B/O mmr 11.01.2023 KS,J I.A.NO.1 OF 2024 This application is filed seeking to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.P.12018 of 2023 dt.13.12.2023 stating that he shall not leave Hyderabad without the permission of Special court and to furnish the address of the petitioner/accused No.2 in Hyderabad to the Enforcement Directorate.

The above said conditions were imposed at the time of investigation and today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Solicitor General of India stated that charge sheet is already filed, this Court deems it appropriate to relax the condition not to leave Hyderabad.

However, if the petitioner intends to travel abroad he shall move the Special Court seeking permission. Needless to say, the details of the residence and other contact information shall be provided by this petitioner while leaving Hyderabad.
