Bhosale) Heard Sri Nuthalapati Krishna Murthy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri C.S. Surya Prakash, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.

The petitioner by way of the instant Habeas Corpus writ petition seeks production of Goli Radha Krishna alleging that he has been illegally detained by the respondents.

Sri C.S. Surya Prakash, learned Special Government Pleader submits that Goli Radha Krishna came to be arrested in connection with Crime No.71 of 2016 of Gandepally Police Station and he was produced before the concerned Magistrate and released on his execution of personal bond on 24-04-2016.

In view thereof and having considered the averments in the writ petition, in our opinion, nothing further survives in this petition. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of. It is open to the petitioner to file missing complaint with the concerned police station if Goli Radha Krishna has not returned so far and/or to take appropriate remedy for redressal of his grievance.
