Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, GP for Panchayat Raj for respondent Nos. 1, 2, 4 and 5 and GP for Revenue for respondent No.3.

In this Writ Petition, petitioner questioned the deletion of the Sangaram Habitation/village from the list of new Gram Panchayats prepared by respondent Nos. 2 and 3 and is seeking a direction to the respondents to form a new Gram Panchayat in relation to the said village/habitation.

Petitioner states that the 5th respondent has sent proposals on 10.2.2018 for formation of said Gram Panchayat and a direction be issued to the respondent No.3 to forward the same to respondent No.2.

Petitioner also contends that representation has been given by him and others on 24.1.2018 and seeks consideration of the same by respondent Nos. 2 and 3.

GP for Panchayat Raj appearing for respondents states that respondent Nos. 2 and 3 will consider the representation dated 24.1.2018 as well as the proposal of respondent No.5 within six weeks and communicate their decision to the petitioner. 6.

The Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to consider the representation dated 24.1.2018 as well as the proposal of respondent No.5 and pass orders within six weeks and communicate the same to the petitioner.

No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, filed in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
