THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD CRIMINAL PETITION NO.7145 OF 2011 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.283 of 2011 of Alwal Police Station, Cyberabad District. Petitioners herein are A1 and A2 and the second respondent is the de facto complainant in the above crime registered for the offences under Sections 448, 506 r/w 34 IPC and Section 3(1) (x) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the dispute between the parties has been settled out of Court and they are not interested to pursue with the matter anymore. Both parties are present before this Court, they are identified by their counsel and their I.D. proofs were filed.

For the aforesaid reasons, the Criminal Petition is allowed, setting aside the proceedings in Cr.No.283/2011 of Alwal Police Station, Cyberabad District. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
