wp_33949_2017 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is therefore prayed that this Honourable Court may be pleased to issue a writ more particularly one in the nature of Certiorari calling for records in C.P./21/68/2016 in O.A.No. 21/569/2015 dated. 20-09-2017 on the file of the Hon'ble Central Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench, Hyderabad as arbitrary, illegal and in violation of Articles 14, 19 and 21 of Constitution of India and quash the same and pass such other order or orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

Sri L.Ravichander, learned senior counsel, on instructions from learned counsel for the petitioners on record, has requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to his clients to pursue the remedy before the Central Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench, Hyderabad, in the pending contempt case.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners in terms of the prayer made.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No. 42227 of 2017 shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
