THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION No. 8640 OF 2018 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure by the petitioners-accused Nos. 1 to 3 to quash the Look Out Circular issued against them in crime No. 632 of 2016 of Women Police Station, D.D., Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 355, 506 and 509 of IPC and Sections 4 and 6 of Dowry Prohibition Act. 2.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that both the parties entered into compromise and accordingly this Court by order dated 09-08-2018 in Criminal Petition No. 7828 of 2018 quashed the proceedings against the petitioners in the above crime and that when the main proceedings itself are quashed, Look Out Circular issued against the petitioners cannot be allowed to continue.

Learned Public Prosecutor (T.S.) has produced a copy of the letter dated 27-08-2018 addressed by Sub Inspector of Police, Women Police Station, CCS, DD, Hyderabad, to the Deputy Commissioner of Police, D.D., CCS, Hyderabad, wherein the former requested the latter to cancel the Look Out Circular issued against accused Nos. 2 and 3.

In the light of the above submissions, the Criminal Petition is allowed closing the Look Out Circular issued against the petitioners-accused Nos. 1 to 3 in crime No. 632 of 2016 of Women Police Station, DD, Hyderabad. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in consequence. _____________________________ Date: 28-08-2018.
