This Criminar petition is fired under Section 43g of the code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking pre_arrest bail to the petitioners Nos. 2 and 3 who are arrayed as accused Nos.1 and 2 in the event of their arrest in Crime No.224 0f 2022 0n the fire of station House Officer, Gadwal Town police StaUon, Jogulamba Gadwal District registered for the offences punishable under Section s 452, 42V,324, 504 read with read with Section 34 of Indian penal Code and Section 3(i) @ (s) 3(2) (v) (a) SC/ST (poA) Amendment 2015.
2. Heard the iearned counsel for the petitioners and learned I I \ Additional Pubric prosecutor for the respondent-state. perused the record.
3. The case against the petitioners is that they along with accused No.1 trespassed into the premises of the de facto complainant and caused grievous hurt to him.

The Additiorral public prosecutor would submit that accused No.1 was arrested. Keeping in view the allegations in the present case, this Court is not inclined to grant relief of anticipatory bail. However, the petitioner if so advised to surrender before the concerned Court within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by filing an application seeking regular bail and upon ,i such surrender the concerned Court shall dispose off the bail application on the very same day on merits after giving opportunity i to the learned Public Prosecutor.
