HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION Nos.11251 and 15673 of 2011 COMMON ORDER:

When both the matters are taken up for hearing, it is informed by the petitioner's counsel in both the petitions that the cause in the writ petitions does not survive for adjudication, and hence, both the writ petitions have become infructuous.

Recording the same, both the Writ Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
