ORAL ORDER:

Petitioner challenges order dated 20.3.2013 wherein his request for posting him to T.P.H.C. Kothatguda, Warangal district was rejected. The A.P. Administrative Tribunal while suspending the said order directed reconsideration of the claim of the petitioner.

Seeking to vacate the said order, respondents filed V.M.A No. 1315 of 2013. The averments made in the counter affidavit would disclose that claim of the petitioner was considered and it is stated that petitioner cannot be posted to the place sought by him since that post was already occupied by another person posted there.

In view of the reasons given by the respondents in the counter affidavit, it cannot be said that not considering the petitioner for posting to his choice of place as illegal warranting interference of this Court. 4.
