This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking Mandamus to declare the action of the 2nd respondent - Tahsildar, Rajendranagar Mandal, in issuing proceedings dated 29.03.2008 cancelling the entries made in the revenue records in respect of land to an extent of Acs.6-00 gts. in Sy.No.476/P, Manchirevula Village, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, without complying with the orders dated 07.07.2012 passed by the 1st respondent - Revenue Divisional Officer, Chevella Division, Ranga Reddy District, as arbitrary and illegal. 2.

While ordering notice before admission, by order dated 17.10.2012, this Court directed the 2nd respondent to implement the order dated 07.07.2012 passed by the 1st respondent, unless it was stayed by any Court or superior authority. 3.

Today, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue states that pursuant to the interim order dated 17.10.2012 granted by this Court, notices were issued both to the petitioner and also one Jithender Kumar Kedia, Director of M/s. Shubam Transoceate (P) Ltd., who submitted an objection petition, and after considering the same, Memo No.D/861/2012, dated 08.11.2012, was issued, implementing the orders dated 07.07.2012 of the 1st respondent, and the same was communicated to the

petitioner through speed post bearing No.146202251N, dated 12.11.2012. Copies of both the written instructions dated 05.11.2015 and also the Memo dated 08.11.2012 are placed before this Court.

4. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
