THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.29137 of 2018 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development, and Sri Neeli Ashok Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC.
When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, for redressal of his grievance, petitioner herein, submitted a representation on 16.02.2017 to respondent Nos.2 and 3 but no action has been taken so far, despite lapse of considerable length of time. On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that if any such representation is pending consideration the same will be verified and appropriate action will be taken, in accordance with law.
Recording the above submission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, with a direction to the respondent-GHMC authorities to verify the representation, dated 16.02.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, and take further action/pass appropriate orders, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
Accordingly, Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
