Heard counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ancha Panduranga Rao, Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent.

2. It is stated by counsel for both sides that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is covered by the order dt.12.07.2016 in W.P.No.22389 of 2016 and batch.

3. Therefore, for reasons alike, this Writ Petition is also allowed and the respondents are directed to follow due process of law, if they wish to acquire the petitioner's land for the purpose of laying a road or for any other public purpose. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
