ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in erecting high tension electric line from the petitioner's land to an extent of Ac.3.70 cents situated in R.S.No.114/1 of Gundala Village, Krishna District. The learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondents are erecting transmission lines as per law and, if any, compensation is due and payable to the petitioner, they would pay the same in accordance with law. In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to pay compensation to the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of ninety (90) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand disposed

of.
