The grievance of the petitioners in the present writ petition is the inaction on the part of respondent No.1 - State Government in constituting a Tribunal under the provisions of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (Act 30 of 2013). 2.

When the matter is taken up, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition that the State Government issued a notification vide G.O.Ms.No.342, Revenue (Land Acquisition) Department, dated 22.07.2016, under Section 51 of the Act 30 of 2013 constituting three Tribunals in the state of Andhra Pradesh. 3.

A copy of the said notification issued by the State Government vide G.O.Ms.No.342, Revenue (Land Acquisition) Department, dated 22.07.2016, is also placed on record. 4.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
