THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V.BHASKAR REDDY Contempt Case No.2039 of 2013 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of orders dated 12.08.2013 passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.27578 of 2013 in W.P.No. 22484 of 2013.

By the above said order this Court has directed the official respondents to construct public urinals by removing unauthorized encroachments put up by respondent No.4 adjacent to H.No.21-212, Vallahbdas Building, Charkaman, Hyderabad.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. On 17.11.2022 also, since there was no representation for the petitioners, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. This contempt case is pending from 2013 and cognizance was not taken as required under the provisions of the Contempt of Courts Act.

In these circumstances, this Contempt Case is closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioners, if any cause survives, to file fresh application seeking revival of the contempt case in accordance with law.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
