This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 15.02.2016 in R.A.No.29 of 2016 on the file of the Court of Additional Chief Judge, City Small Causes Court, Hyderabad. R.A.No.29 of 2016 was filed challenging the order dated 01.10.2015 passed in I.A.No.270 of 2014 in R.C.No.34 of 2014 on the file of the Court of Principal Rent Controller, Secunderabad. 2.

As per the note furnished by the Registry, the rent control Court disposed of R.C.No.34 of 2014 on 25.11.2016. In view of the disposal of R.C.No.34 of 2014, the purpose of filing this revision became infructuous.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
