This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in not implementing the order of the Appellate Authority/respondent No.1, dated 19.8.2015 and not releasing the benefits in view of reduction of penalty, as arbitrary and illegal. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in view of the proceedings dated 27.4.2016 issued by the 3rd respondent, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
