THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.29139 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and Sri S.Lakshminarayana Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent.

On instructions, it is submitted by Sri S.Lakshminarayana Reddy, learned Standing Counsel, that the petitioner herein did not comply with the conditions as mentioned in the Provisional Permission, dated 20.03.2018, and it may be kept open for the Corporation to take action as per law, if the petitioner herein fails to comply with the said conditions.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondent-Municipal Corporation not to interfere with the construction activity of the petitioner herein, if the petitioner herein complies with all the requirements, as mentioned in the Provisional Permission and the relevant instructions issued by the State Government. It is also made clear that if there are any deviations or violations by the petitioner herein, it is open for the respondent-Corporation to take action, as per law. Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
