When this Contempt Case is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Home (A.P.) appearing for the respondent placed the counter affidavit of the respondent. 2.

Sri Rajesh Matcha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, stated that after filing of this contempt case, the orders of this Court are duly complied with and that a charge sheet/final report has been filed in the Court of VII Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Visakhapatnam.

Along with the counter affidavit of the respondent, a copy of the said charge sheet is also filed.

Having regard to the submissions and as no further cause survives for adjudication, the Contempt Case is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.

There shall be no order as to costs.
