When the matters were called on 22.07.2016, there was no representation for petitioners/appellants and hence, the matters were directed to be listed today under the caption "For Dismissal". Today when the matters were called, in spite of listing the matters under the caption "For Dismissal", neither the advocate for petitioners/appellants appeared nor any representation is made on his behalf.

2. Therefore, CRP No.3782 of 2003 and CCCA No.33 of 2004 are dismissed for non-prosecution.
