THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY I.A.No.1 of 2018 in/and SECOND APPEAL No.133 OF 2012 JUDGMENT:

This Second Appeal is filed, by defendant No.9, under Section 100 of C.P.C., assailing the judgment and decree dated 30.03.2011 passed in A.S.No.7 of 2007 on the file of the Court of I Additional District Judge, East Godavari at Rajahmundry. I.A.No.1 of 2018 is filed by the petitioner-appellant seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the appeal, as the matter is settled in Lok Adalat.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, I.A.No.1 of 2018 is allowed and consequently, Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Second Appeal shall stand closed.
