Heard learned counse! for the petitaoners and also heard learned counsel representing Mr.Ram Mohan I I Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Municipatities, appearing on behalf of respondent No.3.

2. The present Contempt Case is filed complaining violation of the orders of this Court dated 27.04.2023 passed in WP.No.38367 of 2022.

3. It is represented by both the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel representing Mr.Ram Mohan Reddy, Standing Counsel for Municipalities, appearing on behalf of respondent No.3 that the orders of this Court dated 27.O4.2023 passed in W.P.No.38367 of 2022 had been complied with, therefore, seeks leave of this Court to close the present contempt case.

4, Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the submissions of both the learned counsel

on record, the contempt case is crosed. However, there sha be no order as to costs.
