HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.1028 of 2015 O R D E R :

When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that since the case has been referred as "Un-detected" and a final report is filed before the XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Rajendranagar on 30.10.2018, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
