THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. ABHISHEK REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.1878 of 2022 ORDER:

Alleging violation of the order dated 02.09.2022 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.33470 of 2022, the present Contempt Case has been filed.

As seen from the counter filed on behalf of the respondent, the respondent has passed the order bearing proceedings No.860 of 2022 dated 16.12.2022, in compliance with the order dated 02.09.2022 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.33470 of 2022.

Having regard to the fact that the above said order of this Court has been complied with, this Contempt Case is closed granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 16.12.2022 passed by the respondent, in the appropriate forum, if she is so aggrieved.
