This civil revision petition is filed under Section 22 of the A.P. Buildings (Lease, Rent & Eviction) Control Act, assailing the order dated 10.2.2017 passed in R.A.No.107 of 2014 on the file of the Chief Judge, City Small Causes Court, Hyderabad. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner filed a Memo dated 23.7.2018 seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the civil revision petition. It is mentioned in the Memo that the in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the petitioner has agreed to vacate the petition schedule premises on or before 14.9.2018.
