O R D E R
The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent - police authorities are interfering with his possession and enjoyment over the subject property. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of Sub Inspector of Police, Asifabad Police Station, Komuram Bheem District, stating that based on the complaints of the petitioner two crimes were registered in Cr.Nos.113 and 224 of 2018, and based on the complaint of one Thotupelli Shiva Prasad, Cr.No.244 of 2018 was registered. The three crimes were registered in respect of subject property on the file of Asifabd Police Station, Komurum Bheem District and taken up the investigation. The allegation of the petitioner with regard to interference with his possession and enjoyment of subject property, is denied.
Recording the above statement, writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondent - police not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and unofficial respondents.
