Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition reserving liberty to the petitioner to raise all issues before the jurisdictional Debts Recovery Tribunal in the application which the petitioner proposes to file under Section 17 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforestated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
