Koteswara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that the order dated 26.08.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.35455 of in W.P.No.28631 of 2016, alleged disobedience to which led to the filing of this Contempt Case, has since been complied with.

Though there is some delay in compliance, we are not inclined to take a serious view of the matter as it does not appear to be contumacious.
