HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 29043 of 2018 ORDER:

1) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondents 3 and 4 in not issuing pattadar pass books and title deed though an application No.

MU011400229896 dated 11.10.2014 filed pertaining to land admeasuring Ac.2.00 cents in Sy.No.160 situated at Nekarikallu Village and Mandal, Guntur District, as illegal and arbitrary.

2) The grievance of the petitioner appears to be that though an application was made on 11.10.2014, till date no pattadar pass books and title deeds were issued by respondents 3 and 4. 3) The Government Pleader for Revenue submits that if the said application is still pending consideration, the authorities may be directed to consider the said representation in accordance with law.

4) Without going into the merits of the case and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of, directing respondents 3 and 4 to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 11.10.2014, if the same is made and still pending consideration.

5) Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
