HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL CRL.P.No.5631 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner-A3 in Crl.M.P.No.505 of 2015 in Crime No.183 of 2011 of Yellandu Police Station, dated 04.05.2015 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Khammam.

While enlarging the petitioner-A3 on bail, the Court below imposed a condition that the petitioner shall furnish the solvency certificates from the Tasildar of Khammam, since he is not resident of that part of area.

Heard both sides.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the aforesaid condition imposed by the Court below is modified and that the petitioner-A2 shall furnish the sureties i.e., the solvency certificates of his own place or he shall furnish cash sureties by depositing the sureties amount in any Nationalized bank by way of Fixed Deposit. However, the Court below shall verify the genuineness or otherwise of the solvency certificates before accepting the same.
