This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS, declaring the action of respondent No.2 in allotting the work order Roc No. Ear.No.77/14-15-ATO-11 dated 23-5-2015 to the 16 societies is illegal, arbitrary, malafide and violation of Principles of Natural Justice and consequently direct the respondents to allot work orders to the Petitioners societies, i.e.( 1st petitioner society total number of workers 41, 2nd petitioner society total number of workers 20 and 3rd petitioner society Total Number of workers

30) in Zone No.II and III total Divisions -20 the number of workers 91 in the 2nd respondent Municipal Corporation." At the hearing, the learned counsel representing Sri Venkata Raghu Manneppalli, learned counsel for the petitioners, as well as the

learned counsel representing Sri S.D.Goud, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2, submitted that after filing of this writ petition, certain works were allotted to the petitioners and that therefore, no further adjudication of this writ petition is necessary. In the light of the above submissions of the learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.P.No.22337 of 2015 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
