THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI Civil Revision Petition No.1380 of 2011 ORDER:

This civil revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India by the unsuccessful petitioners/plaintiffs is directed against the orders dated 02.11.2010 of the learned II Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar passed in IA.no.822 of 2010 in OS.no.667 of 2003 filed by the plaintiffs under Order VI Rule 17 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 requesting to permit the plaintiffs to amend the plaint schedule property. 2.

When the revision is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation for both the sides.

3. The note of the Registry on a perusal would show that the suit itself was disposed of on 27.01.2015.

Therefore, no cause survives for adjudication in this revision.

4. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed.
