Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the present Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous in view of the fact that O.S. No.86 of 2011 on the file of Junior Civil Judge, Razole, was disposed of on 11.12.2017.

In view of the said submission, the present Civil Revision Petition becomes infructuous, and, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.
