Sri Akula Mahesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed letter dated 08.03.2016 to the Registry stating that his client intends to withdraw the writ petition.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order dated 07.08.2013 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
