wp_24278_2017 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) Feeling aggrieved by non-implementation of interim order dated 19-02-2014 in O.A.No. 1181 of 2014 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal at Hyderabad (for short, 'the Tribunal'), the applicant therein filed this Writ Petition.

Learned Government Pleader for Services (T.S.) has placed before us a copy of order of a Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No. 19653 of 2017 passed on an identical set of facts, whereby the petitioner therein was relegated to a learned single judge of this Court to which all the pending O.As. pertaining to Telangana State were transferred as a consequence of abolition of the Administrative Tribunal to the extent of the said State. 3.

While concurring with the view taken by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No. 19653 of 2017, the Writ Petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to move the learned single judge having roster to hear the transferred cases from the Tribunal for appropriate directions.

As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No. 30052 of 2017 shall stand closed as infructuous.
