Learned Government Pleader for Roads & Buildings (Telangana) has filed an action taken report from the Executive Engineer, Roads & Buildings Division, Wanaparthy, Mahabubnagar District informing that the encroachments on the road from Madanapur Railway Station to Madanapur Village have been removed on 25.04.2015 itself.

In that view of the matter, no further orders are needed to be passed in these Writ Petitions and accordingly, they stand disposed of. No costs.
