THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.22715 OF 2013 ORDER:
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 5.
The prayer sought for in the writ petition is as under: " to issue an appropriate writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the official respondents in refusing to register the report of the petitioner dt 22-7-2013 against the unofficial respondents is illegal, arbitrary, unwarranted, uncalled for and contrary to law and against the principles of natural justice and apart from being violative of rules guaranteed under the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to provide police protection to the petitioner's life and property to an extent of 2.00 Hectares situated in Sy. No. 190 of Nallipaka Revenue (Non Scheduled Area) situated at Thummalacheruvu, Uravai Kaluva, Near Mondikunta village, Aswapuram Mandal, Khammam District."
During the course of hearing, the learned Government Pleader, on telephonic instructions, informed the Court that no complaint much less the complaint of the petitioner dated 22.07.2013 has been received by the respondents-police. In that view of the matter, no cause would survive in the writ petition and accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
