HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.Nos.9568 and 9569 of 2015 IN/AND Crl.P.No.9530 of 2015 COMMON ORDER :

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short, 'the CrPC') by the petitioners/A1 to A3 seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.49 of 2015 of Saroornagar Women Police Station, Cyberabad registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 506 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act against the petitioners and another.

2. The defacto complainant filed a petition Crl.P.M.P.No.9568 of 2015 seeking to permit her to compound the offence registered under Sections 498-A, 506 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act against the petitioners and another and quash the proceedings in the said crime and a joint memo of compromise is filed in another petition Crl.P.M.P.No.9569 of seeking permission for compromise in the matter. The parties stated that they wanted to purchase peace and they have settled their disputes outside the Court.

3. Having regard to the above, to sub-serve the ends of justice by invoking Section 482 of Cr.P.C. permission is accorded and Crl.P.M.P.Nos. 9568 and 9569 of 2015 are ordered and the offences supra are compounded.

4. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and all the proceedings relating to Crime No.49 of 2015 of Saroornagar Women Police Station, Cyberabad are quashed. The bail bonds of the petitioners, if any, shall stand cancelled.

5. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this Criminal Petition

shall stand closed.
