The grievance of the petitioner is that her suo motu appeal pending before the 2nd respondent since 2009 is not taken up and disposed of. The said appeal is stated to have been entertained by the 2nd respondent as per the directions of the District Collector, Karimnagar in Proceedings No.D/5162/2009, dated 10-12-2009. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue has received instructions and reports that the said appeal is posted for hearing on 1912-2015. In view of that, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to issue notices to the parties and hear them on the aforesaid date or any other further date, to which the appeal is posted for hearing and dispose of the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
