Sripada Vidyavarthi v. The State Of Telangana,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.4024 of 2017 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed complaining the inaction on the part of the 2nd respondent in not passing the orders directing the 3rd respondent to release the seized stock i.e., 25,960 Kgs., of black jaggery, seized in COR No.203/2016, dated 30.12.2014 of Prohibition & Excise Station, Kalwakurthy.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had already submitted a representation dated 24.01.2017 to the 2nd respondent for directing the 3rd respondent to release the seized stock of black jaggery and further submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if the representation dated 24.01.2017 made by the petitioner is considered and disposed of in accordance with law by the respondent authorities. Having considered the limited prayer of the petitioner, without expressing any opinion, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation dated 24.01.2017 submitted by the petitioner and dispose of the same within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in accordance with law.
With the above direction, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. _____________________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J Date:21.02.2017 Ssv
