This Miscellaneous Appeal is preferred by the appellantclaimant aggrieved by the dismissal order dated 04.02.2005 passed in O.P.No.191 of 2001 on the file of the M.A.C.Tcum-Principal District Judge, Ranga Reddy. 2.

When the matter came up for hearing on 24.06.2022 there was no representation for the appellant, and therefore this Court directed to list the matter on 15.07.2022 under the caption "for dismissal", but the matter was not listed on 15.07.2022. When it was listed on 17.08.2022, there was no representation in the forenoon as well as in the afternoon, therefore, it was directed to be listed today i.e. 23.08.2022 under the same caption. In spite of it, today also, there is no representation for the appellant in the forenoon as well as in the afternoon.

Therefore, this MACMA is dismissed for non-prosecution/default. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
