ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to direct respondent No.1 to release payment of Rs.7,13,613/- to the petitioner, representing the value of the works relating to operation and maintenance of EHT Sub Stations including watch and ward at 132/33 KV Sub Stations, Banswada, Nizamabad District, in pursuance of agreement No.44/2007, dated 27.11.2007.

On 20.08.2015, the case was adjourned to today as no one appeared for the petitioner. Even today, when the case is called, there is no representation of the petitioner. Hence, it is reasonable to presume that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing his cause in the writ petition.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.26116 of 2011 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
