THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.40665 of 2015 ORDER:

Sri Bapi Raju Nanduri, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed letter dated 09.03.2016 to the Registry stating that his client instructed him to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty afore-stated.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
