O R D E R : [ORAL] [Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait] This writ petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution seeking mandamus to direct the respondents to comply the order dated 03/04/2014 passed by the A.P. Administrative Tribunal in OA.No. 2408 of 2014, whereby pending disposal of the said O.A. the impugned proceedings issued in Rc.No.

978/B-4/2013-3, dated 25/06/2015 is suspended and consequently to direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service forthwith.

2. As stated by the counsel for the petitioner that the aforesaid order has not been complied with. The fact remains that the Administrative Tribunal for the State of Telangana is not in force, therefore, all the cases under the jurisdiction of the

said Tribunal are transferred to this High Court and are pending before the learned Single Judge of this Court. Even the present O.A.No. 2408 of 2014 is pending with the same bench.

3. In view of the above, the petitioner is at liberty to seek the relief as sought in the present writ petition before the learned single Judge in OA.No. 2408 of 2014.

4. We hereby make it clear that if the petitioner is still aggrieved with the order passed by the learned single Judge, he may approach the appropriate forum available under the law.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage. No costs.

6. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stands closed.
