Judgment:

This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed against award, dated 13-11-2007, as modified by Order, dated 29-01-2008, in WC.No.146 of 2007, on the file of the Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation and Assistant Commissioner of Labour-I, Hyderabad.

The Registry has posted this case following the settlement of the dispute between the parties through award, dated 11.09.2014, of the Lok Adalat held at Hyderabad. The award is placed in the file. In view of passing of the award as aforesaid, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of in terms of the said award.

As a sequel to disposal of the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, interim order, dated 18-042008, as extended on 10-06-2008, is vacated and CMAMP.No.997 of 2008 is disposed of as infructuous.
