This Criminal Petition is hled under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. bv the petitioner/ Accused No. 1 seeking bail in the event of his arrest in connection with Crime No 57 of 2023 on the file of Mirchowk Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offence under Section 8 (c) r/ w. 20 (b) (ii) (C) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short 'the NPDS ActJ ' 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State and perused the record.

The petitioner is seeking the relief of anticipatory bail on the ground of implicating him on the sole basis of confession made by tl-J.

In the said circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial Court and in the event of his fiting an application seeking bail, the same shall be disposed off within two working days, after giving notice to learned Additional Public Prosecu tor.
